Chick Pea Curry

Serves 6

150 g chick peas
Rinse the chick peas
Soak the chick peas overnight
Discard any remaining water and cover with fresh water
Boil the chick peas for about 1 hour
1 large Onion
500 g Tomatoes
Chop the onions finely
Chop the tomatoes
1 tsp chilli
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 stock Cinnamon
Fry the spices for 1 minute
Add the onions and continue frying until soft
50 g tomato paste
1 cube veg stock
Add tomatoes and paste
Add the chick peas and the water they were boiled in
simmer for 20 minutes
1 can coconut milk
Add coconut milk
